People die every year in Africa, India from dirty water.

Lack of water results to girls dropping out off due to puberty. 

Some country's are less fortunate so we should be grateful.

On Friday Glen Taylor's kiwi can group went to the Vodafone centre to show off our new dance moves. We had got there and there were heaps of kiwi can teachers and schools from all over Auckland it was a blast. It had begun with every school going up and doing there mean as dance moves but as it got closer to us going up on the stage I got nervous but I shook it off we then did our dance took out the metal for integrity ahh!! what a day .

I have chosen to make a Truck for mt little niece.

And I think this is the best choice because she always plays with toys and I think she would like it.

It will be used to play with and it will be used all the time and it will  be used inside.

for this project i will have to consider thinking about making it tough and hard to brake and also look out for sharp ends.

It was a Tuesday morning and we just got informed that a lady from positive puberty was coming in to Rm 11,12 & 13 to teach us about changes and facts around our body's

Science 2019

It was the start of Term 3 we started a topic for our fair it was called (science) we learnt about the states of mater and how to make borax crystals. It took some time to figure and do the experiments but we all got it done then. A couple days after doing our experiment we went around the school looking at all the wonderful experiments Wow!!

A week ago the whole of the senior syndicate went to One tree hill to do King & queen fun run. We then got ready and set of to the start so we can start the race half way there I already got tired but I told myself to never give up after the race me and my friends were breathing loudly and puffing but after all we did it.

About 2 weeks ago we had these two instituters named Akari and Nicole came in Room 11 to teach us about bike safety like how to put a helmet on,every thing you check when on a bike and many more. After getting told what to do we then went outside to test everything we know about bike safety.

Potato Salad!!

Tech was so cool we made potato salad it was IFOO as. Firstly we started by boiling some water while we cut up the vegetables and put the potato's in the hot boiling water we then waited until it got soft and put the rest of the veges in after boiling we put it in a little bowl and put mayo with itwe mixed well until became potato salad lastly we ate and it was delicious hhhmm.

What I want to change

If I could change one thing about GTS I would

put a tuck shop in the school hall.

Introduce

A tuck shop is a little shop that you can buy your lunch from people and students always need lunch to give you nutrition's,protein and more to start off your day.

Why it’s helpful

It is helpful because if you have forgot your lunch and you have money you can go to the tuck shop and buy some.
